Jeremy Blimbaum is a Lawyer at the Paris Bar and a Solicitor in England and Wales. He is one of the founders of the Paris Office of the Firm and he also leads the London Office.
He has extensive experience in financial and securities transactions, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, negotiation of complex agreements and corporate restructuring.
His practice also encompasses post-acquisition disputes, shareholders' litigations as well as financial and securities litigations.
He advises and represents French and international listed and non-listed companies, commercial and investment banks, as well as shareholder groups in his fields of expertise.
Before founding the firm, Jeremy Blimbaum practiced as a lawyer for several years at Clifford Chance (both in Paris and in London), then at Orrick Rambaud Martel and Viguié Schmidt.
Jeremy Blimbaum graduated from the Panthéon-Sorbonne University (DEA in business law) and from Paris-Dauphine Business School (Masters in business law).
Jeremy is fluent in both English and French.
